ywkkr Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

ywkkr (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form part of the legal agreement between ywkkr and its users (hereinafter referred to as "members" or "you").

1.1 Scope of Services

The ywkkr platform includes the following services:

1.2 Language and Communication

2 Account Registration

To successfully complete registration on ywkkr, members must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ywkkr account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If a member is suspected of operating multiple accounts, ywkkr reserves the right to investigate and suspend all related accounts.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are using this platform voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• A legal resident of Bangladesh or another applicable region
• Legally capable of participating in online gaming activities
• Not previously banned by ywkkr

3.2 Age Verification

ywkkr may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or passport to verify a member's age. Withdrawals from the account may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

ywkkr supports the popular payment methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and will be treated as a suspicious transaction

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ywkkr provides attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer has specific terms and conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (twenty times).

5.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The specified wagering requirement for each bonus must be met before withdrawal
• A specific time limit may apply for using a bonus
• Not all games can be played with a bonus — the list of eligible games will be stated in the relevant offer
• Each member may use each promotional offer once
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically approved
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to manipulate the system is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended

5.3 VIP Program

ywkkr has three VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active play. Each tier includes additional benefits and priority support.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on ywkkr are conducted under specific rules. The rules set by game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) apply.

6.1 Betting Policy

• The account must have sufficient balance before placing a bet
• A bet once placed cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs
• For cricket, football, and other sports betting, the official result of the specific match will be treated as the standard
• In live betting, if the connection is lost, the position the bet was in at that point will be treated as final

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout occurs in any game due to a technical error, ywkkr reserves the right to review and correct that transaction. Winnings resulting from odds or payouts that were clearly displayed incorrectly may be considered void.

6.3 Aviator and Similar Games

Crash games including Spribe's Aviator carry higher risk. Bets placed in these types of games cannot be retrieved before cash-out. Using the auto cash-out feature is recommended in the event of a disconnection.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkkr platform, and violating these rules will result in permanent account termination:

• Using any software, bot, or automation tool with the intent to cheat the gaming system
• Attempting to hack other members' accounts or collecting their login information
• Rude or aggressive behavior toward support staff
• Spreading false information about ywkkr or engaging in activities that damage its reputation
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy

8 Account Suspension

8.1 Suspension by ywkkr

ywkkr may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon suspicion or evidence of a violation of these terms and conditions
• In the event of failure or refusal to complete KYC verification
• When suspicious financial transactions are detected
• Upon instruction from law enforcement agencies
• At the member's request (voluntary self-exclusion application)

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. A request to reopen a closed account can be submitted to the support team.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding account suspension or transactions, a member may raise an objection through the support email. ywkkr is committed to investigating all disputes impartially and providing a resolution.

12 Changes to Terms
